Brandon "Carter" Cline was born on August 20, 2010 at 9:29 a.m. He arrived 2 months early and weighed 3lbs. 3oz. He was 14 1/2 inches long. His birth and life is nothing short of a miracle. Carter was born with an extremely rare birth defect known as O.E.I.S. Complex or Cloacal Exstrophy. He has had multiple surgeries thus far and has many more to go. What man has said is impossible God has shown through Carter the possible.  Carter is the love of our life and a true little gift from God. To him be the glory!
